Built in 1907, this stunning home is constructed entirely of native rimu timber from the Stewart and Chapman Sawmill in Bruce Bay, South Westland. The current owners have put a great deal of effort into the restoration of the villa, paying close attention to the use of rimu timber and other design features that are true to the original style of the home. Each bedroom has its own unique feel, with contemporary New Zealand artwork on display for guests to enjoy.
