Villa Hokitika is available to adults only. We have two rooms available for booking, with the option to include an additional twin room. This gives you the flexibility to choose the accommodation that best suits your needs, whether you're travelling alone, as a couple, or in a small group.
Room 1: Kōwhai
Elegant extra large bedroom room that sleeps two adults in a super-king bed with superior linen. Large bay window with lounge chairs and table to enjoy the afternoon sun and garden view.

Room 2: Rata
Large bedroom that sleeps two adults in a Queen bed with superior linen. Lounge chairs to relax in and table and chairs for working at or eating.

Room 3: Rimu
Large, sunny and spacious bedroom that sleeps two adults with two king singles and superior linen. Leather 3-seater couch to relax in. French doors open out to a large wrap-around veranda where guests can sit and enjoy the native garden.
Rimu is added to either Room Kowhai or Room Rata to cater for extra guests that will share ensuite facilities.
